Introduction

Light salad for any season ! Light salad for any season !
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Vinaigrette:

    1 Tbsp. finely chopped shallots
    3 Tbsp. sherry vinegar
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. EVOO
    1Tbsp. honey

    Salad:

    6 C.Spinach leaves
    6 C. Mixed greens w/ Herbs
    2 Asian pears
    1 Tbsp Almonds, flaked
    1/2 C. Dried Cranberries

Directions

1. Prepare vinagrette by mixing the ingredients, well.
2. Thinly slice the pears.
3. Layer the salad ingredients in a salad bowl.
4. Add salad dressing, toss and serve.
