This is great for gardeners and anyone that loves fresh produce. This is great for gardeners and anyone that loves fresh produce.
Number of Servings: 10


    2 or 3 Bell Peppers (Green, Yellow, Red)
    1 Can of Kidney Beans
    1 Can of White Beans
    1 Can of Black Beans
    1/2 lb of Ground Beef
    3-4 TBSP of Chili Powder
    2 Cloves of Garlic
    4-5 diced Tomatos (I use yellow for color and less acid)
    1 Can of Tomato paste
    1/2 cup of water
    1/2 of a large onion
    Salt/Pepper to taste
    Hot Sauce (optional-Not counted in calories)


Brown the ground beef.

Mix all ingredients into crock pot. Drain beans.

Let Crockpot cook all day while your at work.
