Ingredients

    7 gram(s) Jay Robb Egg White Protein Powder - Vanilla, 1 scoop
    10 grams Wheat bran, crude
    20 grams Flour, whole grain
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    2 serving Stevia in the Raw
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp Ginger Root
    0.5 cup Buttermilk, lowfat
    2 tbsp Low fat cream cheese

Tips

If you don't mind sugars, add 2 tbs of honey instead of stevia


Directions
