    8 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain
    2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    30 gram Chia Seed - Spectrum Organic Essentials (1T/12g)
    1 serving Great Value - Orange Juice - 8 oz
    0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
