Introduction
chicken breast 500gwhite basmati rice 3 cups
tomatoe paste 1/2 cup
patatoes 2 cups
garlic paste
organic ,low fat yougurt 2 cups
ghee 1/2 cup
red chilli,salt,dried plums,turmeric,cinnamon,black pepper,garlic,giner according to taste
1)add meat ,all the spices ,and yogurt and marinate for 3-4 hrs..for best results marinate overnite.
2)fry onions in liitle amount of ghee until golden and add marinated chicken along with tomatoe paste ,stir fry and leave the meat until tender.
3)seperately add 10-12 glasses of water and 3 tbsp of salt in a pan,bring to boil..add rice in it ,when half cook drain them thoroughly
4)spread the cooked meat over the rice,cover the pot and heat until cook. chicken breast 500g
