3 oz Mushrooms, Portobella, grilled - 1 oz ggg (by MG7_FIT)
1 cup, chopped or diced Roasting Chicken, light meat (optional)
1tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
lime zest to taste
Directions
Heat oil, saute garlic about 1 min.
Add greens and toss until wilted
Add chicken and mushrooms, heat through
Toss w lime zest and serve or refrigerate
