Introduction

Ingredients

Two (2) boneless lean pork loin chops
1/2 Cup fresh or bottled lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
1 tsp coarse black pepper, or to taste
If broiling, one (1) 10-second spray of Pam
Directions
Rinse chops and place in a large ziploc bag.
Peel, crush and finely chop 4 cloves garlic; add to the bag.
Add lemon juice and pepper to the bag.
Marinate, chilled for at least 1/2 hour. May be prepped in the morning for evening meal.
If broiling, pre-jeat the broiler for 10 minutes. Spray the broiler pan lightly with Pam.
Place the chops on the greased pan and broil on each side for 6-8 minutes depending on thickness.
BBQ: Grill covered for 6-8 minutes each side on medium-high flame.
