Ingredients

    2.0 cup, sliced Zucchini
    1.5 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips
    0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    0.5 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    0.25 tsp Salt
    1.0 dash Pepper, black
    0.5 tsp Garlic powder

Directions

Cut ingredients mix with oil and seasonings. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 450 f.
