Ingredients

    1/2 c fat free 1/2&1/2
    1 pkg knorr alfredo sauce
    1 c nonfat milk
    1/2 pkg imitation crab meat
    6 lg cooked shrimp
    1 14 1/2 oz. can artichoke hearts
    1 1/2 c. cooked pasta

Directions

In lg pan make alfredo according to pkg directions, omitting 1/4 c milk, and using fat free half and half instead. Add seafood and artichoke hearts. Add cooked pasta and serve.
Makes about 3 servings.
