Ingredients

32 oz Baby Red Potato
1.5 oz Oil (Kirkland Extra Virgin Olive)
3 gram(s) Kirkland Pure Sea Salt Fine Grain (serv size 0.25 tsp/1.5g) (by YSATIS)
.5 tsp Pepper, black
.50 tsp Paparika (by SXYLADYWTN)
Tips
Prepare one day in advance. Put potatoes and mix in a Ziploc bag and place in refrigerator. Every few hours, turn bag over and move potatoes around so all will be mixed together.
Also, if you want them crisper cook them longer.
Directions
1. Use a large bowl and add oil, salt, pepper and paparika. Mix well.
2. Wash potatoes and cut into bite size or quarter pieces. Add to bowl and make sure all potatoes are covered with mix.
3. Arrange potatoes in a roasting pan. Bake @ 425 for 25 minutes, turning once or twice during baking.
