Ingredients

.33 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen (about 1 cup)
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
4 oz Cream Cheese
1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided in half
1 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk
170.1 grams Ham, regular (11% fat) (6 ounces left over country ham)
1 tsp Pepper, white
1 tsp Garlic
.25 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup (about 1 TBSP, enough to make a thin dusting crust in place of bread crumbs)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F
Place broccoli in a glass baking dish and toss with olive oil
Roast broccoli 10-12 minutes while cooking sauce
Sauce:
Melt cream cheese with cream in saucepan over medium heat
add garlic
slowly add half the cheddar and all of the mozzarella while whisking to melt into the cream sauce
Add white pepper to taste. You can use black pepper too or leave it out. I love white pepper so I added a bunch
Once sauce is combined and broccoli has roasted, add sauce to baking dish with broccoli, then add in ham and combine.
Top with remaining cheddar and a tablespoon of almond flour for a crispy crust.
Serving Size: makes 4 1.5 cup servings
