Ingredients

    1 cup water kefir (by COCOGIRL7)
    4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    13 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g
    2 tbsp Hemp Protein organic Nutiva 3Tbsp (30g)
    1 cup Spinach, fresh
    .5 cup, chopped Kale
    1.0 cup Dole Frozen Fruit (Sliced Strawberries, Pineapples, Peaches, and Mango)
    1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh

Directions

Start at the top and work your way down adding items to the blender, pulsing a couple times, then add more. Blend until smooth in the end.
