60 mL Water, tap

2 grams Honey

Directions
Start by heating some water. Dissolve the yeast in 6 tbs lukewarm water. add honey. You need it to activate the yeast. Allow to sit for 20 min.Mix cottage cheese, salt and vinegar. Reconstitute egg whites by adding it to the yeast mix. add the cheese. mix with the remaining ingredients. Work your dough for 10 min. Allow to rise for 1 h at a warm place. Preheat oven at 180. while the oven is heating, form a small loaf. allow to sit for another 10 min and bake for 30-40 min depending largely on your oven and thickness. make sure you check
