Directions
Take 4 medium artichoke and once you cleaned you'll just cut them "in quatrains" and then put them in water acidulated with lemon and salt "to get them to be bleached." After that will be cooked quickly and immediately placed in fresh water.
The sauce will be prepared with: one tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP and 50 g of butter and a chopped of:a small onion, a bunch of parsley, and ham slices.
Once the onion is golden you can add the artichokes well drained.
Once cooked the Italian-style artichokes, you can enjoy with fried or toasted croutons.
