Ingredients

    4 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce (by REDRCP)
    .5 cup Sour Cream
    4 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
    32 oz Beef Chuck Eye Steak
    .5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    2 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    12 tbsp Pure Wesson Vegatable Oil (by JULIJERMANN)
    4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Baked Potato, with skin

Tips

Cook to fork tender; more time won't hurt chuck. Leave time to cook an extra 30 or 40 minutes.


Directions

Swiss steak:

2 pounds chuck, slice pound dredge flour, fry in oil
Slice onion. 1/2 onion goes in pan, then steaks, then 1/2 onion on top, then tomatoes on top of that, worchestershire on top. Stirring, salt, pepper is also fine.

bake covered 400 1/hr w potatos
Serve potatoes with all the butter and sour cream.
Green lettuce salad (with oil/vinegar) should provide negligible calories or carbs.
