Ingredients

    .5 cup 365 Roasted and Unsalted Cashews (by KMUHTARIS)
    6 date, pitted Medjool dates
    2 cup Water bottle w/ filtered water
    1 tbsp Coconut Oil
    6 tbsp chia seeds

Tips

If using canning jars, decorate with sliced fruits around the inside edge of the jar before pouring pudding in. Cover with lids and refrigerate. Great for breakfast!


Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in blender on high until completely smooth. Add chia seeds and pulse once or twice to combine.
Pour into serving bowls or 1/2 pint jars, cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to thicken.
Top with fruits and/or nuts of your choice.
