Ingredients

1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1.50 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    16 oz 85% Lean Hamburgers
    8 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz

Tips

Not everyone in my home needs low carb or low sugar, so I add a Tablespoon of ketchup to the top of their mini-loaves, but my husband who is diabetic still gets a healthy meatloaf.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine ground beef, Quaker oats old fashion, egg, onion, salt and pepper; mix well. Ketchup is optional; omitting it lowers carbs to 13 per serving. Patty into 4 mini loaves, placed into baking pan that's been sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Let stand 5 min before serving. If other family members don't need to eat low carb, you can top with 1 Tablespoon of ketchup prior to baking. Recipe calculations does NOT include addition of ketchup. Sometimes it's hard to cook for various needs so I add this as an option.
