Ingredients

    1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh
    9 oz Baby Carrots Grimmway Farms (3 oz = about 10/11 baby carrots)
    6 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz)
    1 large Onions, raw
    10 tbsp Margarine, 70% vegetable oil spread
    20 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw
    0.5 tbsp Salt
    0.25 tbsp Pepper, black

Tips

1-2 Tbsps of water to bottom of pain or in aluminum packet to keep vegetables from burning/sticking.


Directions

Wrap in Foil, or foil covered aluminum pain, bake or grill for 20-30 min until veg are fork tender.
