2 cups of cauliflower
2 cupsvbroccoli
1 Tbsp butter, unsalted
1/2 cup of cheddar or colby cheese, low fat
8 Tbsp of French's fried onions
Directions
In a cassarole pan mix broccoli and cauliflower with butter and shredded cheese. Srinkle with onions. Put in oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
