Ingredients

    1.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    3.5 tsp Baking Powder
    1.0 tsp Salt
    3.0 tsp Sugar - C&H Pure Cane Granulated White Sugar
    1.25 cup Milk, 1%
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3.0 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil

Directions

Mix dry ingredients well, make a well for wet ingredients. In a separate bowl combine wet ingredients. Add wet to dry ingredients well. Blend lightly. Add oil lightly to pan, cook over low heat
