Ingredients

7 oz Kirkland Albacore Solid White Tuna, water
7 oz Kirkland skipjack tuna in water 1 can (by PEAPOD26)
.66 cup Almond Breeze Almond Coconut Milk Blend Unsweetened
4 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
2 cup Sargento Classic Sharp Cheddar Fancy Shredded Natural Cheddar Cheese
2 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value)
2 tsp hot sauce - Cholula hot sauce
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375. Spray the muffin tins.
Drain the tuna and then mix both together in a bowl. Once combined, evenly put the mixture into each muffin tin. Top with shredded cheddar in an even manner. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond coconut milk, HWC, mustard, hot sauce and any additional seasonings. Pour over each muffin tin evenly. Put in the oven and check at 20 min for doneness.
