Ingredients

    680 gram(s) stewing beef, raw (1 serving = 4 oz = 113 grams)
    57 grams unbleached flour
    411 grams Stewed Tomatoes
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    100 grams Onions, raw
    448 gram(s) farfalle pasta

Tips

I add the noodles before the simmering because I generally don't have prep time right before serving, but if you prefer, you can keep the noodles separate until meat and tomatoes are ready to serve.


Directions

Chop onion.

Cook and drain pasta.

Cube beef.

Coat beef in flour.

Place beef in slow cooker.

Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, onion. Add water to cover.

Add noodles over top.

Cover.

Simmer on low 6-8 hours.

Serving Size: makes 8 212-gram servings
