Ingredients

    4.0 serving Eggs - Jumbo Grade A Eggs - California Ranch Fresh - 1 Egg = 1 Serving (63g)
    2.0 cup Milk, 1%
    0.5 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
    1.0 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen
    1.0 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    30.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    1.0 cup, diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat)
    1.0 tsp Salt
    1.0 tsp Pepper, black

Directions

Mix first 3 ingredients, spray pie pan, cover bottom with meat, broccoli, onions, peppers, cheese them poor wet mixture bake for 40 minutes in a preheated 400° oven, allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
