1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
2.5 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes
1.5 cup Edamame, shelled, fresh
3.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6.0 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)
2.0 cup Black Beans - canned - Kroger
Directions
Drain and rinse beans. Dice tomatoes. Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Pour in olive oil and vinegar and toss. Salt and pepper to taste.
