Ingredients

    8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 oz Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese
    .25 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    2 tbsp Bacon Bits - Hormel Lite Real Bacon Bits
    .25 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    0.25 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt (by FAREWELLBC)
    .25 tsp Pepper, black

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Whisk eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Spread all ingredients on the bottom of the baking dish and pour egg mixture over top of the ingredients. Bake for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Cut into 12 pieces
