Ingredients

    2 cup Bok Choy, raw-shreaded
    2 cup, shredded Cabbage, chinese (pak-choi), raw
    1 block Tofu, firm
    2 tsp Garlic
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    2 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari)
    1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar (by PINCHYGUY)
    2 serving Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute [1 packet]
    1 1tsp Sesame Oil
    2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)

Tips

The more moisture you can get out of the tofu the better.


Directions

Drain tofu, wrap in a paper towel, squeeze to remove as much moisture as possible, then cut into bite size pieces. Saute green onion and garlic in sesame oil until fragrant, then add tofu and stir fry until golden brown. Add remaining ingredients and stir fry until they reach desired consistency.
