Ingredients

1 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple
1 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled)
2 tbsp Fresh Mint (by ROWDYHOLTZY)
0.5 serving Chobani Greek Yogurt Low Fat Plain (2%)
Tips
Be sure to keep dehydrator under 110 to maintain the live cultures in the yogurt.
Directions
Peel and core apple and cucumber. Remove mint leaves from stems.
Put all ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth.
Carefully spoon onto parchment paper in dehydrator.
Dehydrate below 110 degrees for 10-12 hours.
Peel off paper in strips.
Freeze until ready to eat.
