Number of Servings: 26

Ingredients

    2 cups brown rice
    1 cup Red Lentils
    4 Cups chopped mixed vegetable (either your own fresh mix or frozen
    2 cloves garlic crushed
    1 Tblsp Vegemite
    (or you could try Tahini)
    1 Tblsp Ground Turmeric
    1 Cup Rice Flour
    1 Cup fine ground oatmeal

Directions

Makes 26 patties,
Cook rice in 12 cups water 40 mins
Cook lentils in 2 cups water 10 mins
Cook chopped mixed veges until tender
mix together
add 2 cloves crushed garlic
add Turmeric
Add 1 tblsp Vegemite
+ any other spices you may like
then mix and add 1 cup rice flour
form into patties & coat in fine ground oats
put onto baking tray covered with baking paper and bake in a cool oven for 60 minutes, turning once.
Freeze patties once cool for quick & easy vegetarian meals or burgers -, are nice with sweet chilli sauce,
