Ingredients

    4 Avocados
    3 medium Tomatoes diced
    6 tbsp Lime Juice
    1 cup, diced red Onions, raw
    5 date Dates diced
    1 1/2 Tablespoon curry powder, ad more if avocados are large.
    1 teaspoon sea salt
    4 garlic cloves crushed
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 handful cilantro, chopped.

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix gently.

Serve with homemade pita chips, celery, and cucumber for dipping.
