Ingredients

1.75 cup rosarita refried beans, vegetarian
2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
16 tbsp Olympic sour cream organic (by SCARLETFERN)
.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
8 jumbo Black Olives
1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
0.10 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad)
Directions
Assemble beans in bottom of dish.
Mash avocados with lime juice, garlic and onion powder to taste to make guacamole. Top avocados on top of beans.
Spread sour cream on top of guacamole.
Top with shredded cheese, and chopped veggies.
I like to assemble in 2-4 separate containers of which I have pre-measured the size (i.e. 2 x 2 cup dishes and 1 4 cup dish)
Serving Size: Makes 4 x 2 cup servings for a meal, or 8 x 1 cup snack servings
