Ingredients

    1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt, non fat
    1/4 cup Oats, Quaker old fashioned
    1/3 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
    1/2 tbsp chia seeds
    1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 TBSP Truvia Natural Sweetener
    1/3 cup, grated Carrots, raw
    1 tbsp Light Cream Cheese, softened *
    1 TBSP raisins
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    *alternate: 1% milkfat cottage cheese

Directions

Combine ingredients and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours.

Serving Size: 1 reg. cereal bowl size serving
