Ingredients

    2 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad)
    2 cup Green Leaf Lettuce
    2 cup shredded Lettuce, red leaf (salad)
    1 cup Fruit - Strawberries Fresh 1 cup halves
    1 cup, without pits Sweet Cherries halves
    16 tbsp Black Olives, canned (small-extra large)

    2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic
    2 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
    1/8 tsp Pepper, black

Tips

Original recipe called for blueberries instead of cherries, and added chopped pecans....I like experimenting so I use what is on hand... any berry works, though I wouldn't mix more than two.


Directions

Cut cherries in half. Mix salad ingredients in a medium to large bowl, and set aside.
Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Add to the salad, mix, and serve immediately, or serve with the dressing on the side.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 12 one cup servings
