Ingredients

    0.75 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry
    1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange), chopped
    1.5 cup Beans, black, drained and rinsed
    4 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) . chopped
    100 grams Cilantro, raw , chopped
    2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime
    1 tsp McCormick Old Bay Seasoning (by KATANMOL)
    1 tsp Cumin seed, ground
    .33 tbsp Red Chile Powder (by ROBI101)
    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Cook quinoa according to pkg instructions. Cool quinoa and then mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
