Ingredients

    1.0 tsp Cumin seed
    1.0 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    18.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    2.0 tbsp Cilantro, dried
    4.0 serving Amy's Kitchen, Organic Vegetarian Refried Black Beans, 1/2 cup
    0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    2.0 tbsp Great Value Real Mayonnaise
    37.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    2.0 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
    4.0 cup Baby Spring Greens Mixed
    8.0 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice

Directions

Chop cilantro, red pepper and onion. Shred chicken. Drain and rinse black beans. Combine all ingredients, except greens, and let chill for a few hours or overnight. Serve on bed of 1c mixed greens. Serving Size: Makes 4 Servings
