    * Flour, whole grain, 2 cup
    * Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    * Granulated Sugar, .75 cup
    * Butter, unsalted, 1 stick
    * Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped
    * Cranberries, dried, .5 cup
    * Egg, fresh, 2 medium
    * Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    * Salt, .5 tsp


Preheat oven to 350 and grease a bread pan.
mash bananas
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Sift flour, baking soda, and salt together and add to creamed mix, mixing well.
fold in bananas, cranberries, vanilla, and walnuts.
Pour mixture into pan and bake for 50-60 min or until tester comes out clean. Cool and slice.
Makes one loaf.
