Introduction

I love these for a snack....And they make a nice gift! I love these for a snack....And they make a nice gift!

Ingredients

    16 oz Walnuts
    .5 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted

Tips

I add the vanilla AFTER the butter and sugar are melted. Makes it much easier to stir and less time coating the walnuts.


Directions

Melt sugar and butter in pan. Add vanilla and walnuts. Stir to completely coat walnuts.
Pour walnuts onto a parchment coverd sheet to cool.
Store in airtight container.
Enjoy!
