4 fl oz Water from tap, if needed

Tips

Directions

Fry the cut bacon till light brown. Remove from pan. Add onion and green pepper to the bacon grease in pan. Cook till translucent. Add burger to the onion and green pepper and fry till pink is gone. Add the cooked bacon, catsup, garlic, Worcestershire, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for about an hour. The dish should be of a consistency to spoon onto a hamburg bun.
