Ingredients

    48 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    12 oz Hillshire Farm Deli Select Smoked Ham
    10 serving Cheese - Swiss Cheese - Sargento
    18 tbsp Carnation 2% lowfat evaporated milk
    8 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
    12 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value)
    10 tsp Kraft grated parmesean cheese

Tips

If you don't like Dijon mustard you can substitute honey mustard, but the carb count will increase.


Directions

Spray a 9x 13 pan with coconut or vegetable oil. Add chicken and spray chicken. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over top. Bake chicken breast at 375 for approximately 35 a 45 minutes. Drain chicken and chop into bite size cubes. In a saucepan melt butter, and add evaporated milk, Dijon mustard, 1 tbs. nutmeg, and Parmesan cheese. Cook on low until thickened. Spread half of the sauce over cubed chicken. Cut deli ham into strips and add to casserole. Pour remaining sauce over ham, and add Swiss cheese to top. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly.
