Ingredients

    1 block Tofu, firm
2 serving Cashew Nuts, Raw (1/4 cup) (by SPATULAMAMA)
4 oz Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted
    .5 cup, chopped Walnuts
    0.5 tsp Garlic Salt
    1 tsp Onion powder

Directions

Soak cashews in water until soft. Drain tofu and press between towels (add a weight on top to really drain tofu) Combine tofu and cashews in food processor until smooth. Add walnuts. Then add olives. I like small chunks of walnut and olive, but you can blend more or less to your taste. Season with garlic salt and onion powder if desired. Serving Size: 1/2 cup serving
