Introduction

Great dessert, and the leftovers make a fruity and satisfying breakfast! Great dessert, and the leftovers make a fruity and satisfying breakfast!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can Luckly Leaf Lite cherry pie filling
    1 cup frozen cherries
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1 cup quaker oats
    1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend
    1/2 cup oat bran
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/8 tsp salt
    2 tb light butter
    cooking spray

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Mix pie filling and fruit, pour into 8x8 baking dish.
3. Mix oats, splenda, oat bran, flour and salt. Pour over filling mix.
4. Melt butter, pour as evenly as possible over top of oat mixture.
5. Spray top of mix with cooking spray until coated.
6. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until lightly browned.
