4 tbsp Butter, salted
1.8 cup Great Value Chicken Broth (by TD78230)
16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
8 serving bacon, plumrose thick, 2 slices-16 slices per pound (by KATHYA.10)
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper, black
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Thyme, dried (by JANYTOO)
Tips
cooking time is approximate and includes the time for the pressure cooker to come to temperature. Pressure cooker should be set for 25 minute cooking time
Directions
brown diced bacon in pressure cooker once bacon i cooked half way add diced chicken cook for about 5 minutes- chicken will not be fully cooked. Remove and set aside add butter to pressure cooker once melted add all veggies and seasoning cook for about 5 minutes.
Add chicken add bacon back to pot, mix in 2 cups chicken broth, 2 cups water and 1 cup heavy cream. Seal pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes. Once complete quick release open and add cream cheese, stir until dissolved. Serve immediately.
