Introduction

Ingredients

    2.0 tbsp Sesame Oil
    538.0 Grams Chicken Thigh
    2.0 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
    2.0 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh
    6.0 tsp Garlic
    3.0 tbsp Soy Sauce
    Corn starch for thickening

Directions

Cut chicken and pineapple into bite sized pieces. Save the juice from the can of pineapple. Pan fry chicken in sesame oil. Take chicken out. Add pineapple, sauces, sugar and garlic. Simmer for a few minutes. Add the pineapple juice from the can. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer. If needed, add 1tsp corn starch to 2 tbsp water to thicken the sauce. After sauce thickens, add chicken back, coat evenly, then serve. Good with white rice. Serving Size: Serves 2
