Ingredients

    0.5 container (4 oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat
    4.0 1tsp Olive Oil
    6.0 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled)
    1.0 clove Garlic

Directions

No heating involved. Get a big container. Dump the yogurt in. Slice the cucumbers into little pieces and mix them. Smash the garlic with half a teaspoon of salt and put it in with little amounts of water. Then put olive oil for some deliciousness. You can put dry mint leaves for taste as well. After that you mix it well and ta-dah; Cac1k Serving Size: 1 bowl
