Ingredients

    1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2 cup All Purpose Unbleached Flour (by CAMBRIA94)
    2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    3 tsp Truvia Baking Blend Natural Sweetener with Sugar - serving size 1/2 tsp (2g)
    1.5 tsp Salt
    4 1tsp Olive Oil
    .15 cup Great Value Instant Nonfat Dry Milk Powdered
    4 tsp Active Dry Yeast (by GRTMOMX3)

Directions

Mix dry incredients in a large bowl. Mix together with the flat beater on kitchenaid. Change to dough hook. Add oil and then add water slowly. Knead on Level 2 for 2 minutes. Turn out on counter and shape into a ball. Place in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise 1 1/2 hours.
Punch down and knead 3 to 4 times. Shape into loafs and put in greased loaf pans. Cover and let rise til doubled - no more than 1 inch above pan.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
