Ingredients

336 grams Chicken Thigh
6 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
3 serving HP sauce 1 serve = 1 tbsp (by BHDAVIES)
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 clove Garlic
1 small Onions, raw
2 tbsp Basil
28 oz TOMATOES - CANNED diced tomatoes w/chiles (by LITTLE_DIVA)
Tips

Directions
Mix lemon juice and HP sauce in bowl. Dip chicken into mixture and sear in a hot pan. Place chicken into a casserole dish once it has been pan seared.
Reduce to medium heat. Add to the juices in the pan, the olive oil, garlic and onion. Cook until onion starts to soften. Add full can of diced tomatoes. Mix and cook until heated through. Sprinkle with basil and give a final mix.
Pour over chicken in the casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for45 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked through.
Serve over pasta or cooked rice or grains.
