Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef
    3/4 cup water
    1 Ortega Lasagne Kit-includes 1 packet taco seasonig mix, 1 packet land o lakes mozzarella cheese sauce, 1 packet nacho cheese sauce, 4 soft flour tortillaa and 1 packet enchilada sauce.
    Optional toppings: Ortega silced jalapenos, ortega diced green chilis, ortega salsa, sliced black olves, diced tomatoes, sliced green onions, sour cream

Directions

Prehat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef in medium skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat and discard.
Stir in water and taco seasoning mix from lasagna kit. Cook and stir until thickened. Remove from heat. Add one-half of mozzarella cheese sauce and one-half of nacho cheese sauce form lasagne kit to meat mixture; mix well.
Place 1 tortilla from lasagne kit into ungreased 9-inch piet plate. Layer one-third of meat mixture on top. Spread one-quarter enchilada sauce from lasagne kit onto meat layer. Repeat two more times. Spread remainig cheese sauces and enchilada sauce on top of lasagne.
Bake uncovered, 15 minutes on center rack. Remove from oven. Cut inot wedges. Serve with desired toppings.
