Ingredients

Cooking spray (Pam)
2 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce - La Choy
16 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (cut into small cubes)
8 Broccoli Spears
4 medium Scallions
2 Cloves of Fresh Garlic
.5 cup Chicken broth (reduced sodium)
Tips
You can prepare this with rice (if not low carbing), or add veggies.
Directions
Spray Pam in a nonstick skillet with and turn pan to medium-high heat. When it's hot, add garlic and stir for about 1 minute.
- Add chicken and cook until brown on all sides, stirring often, about 5 minutes.
- Add scallions; cook until it's soft, stirring, about 2 minutes.
- Add broth and teriyaki sauce; then turn down pan to low or simmer until chicken is cooked through and sauce reduces a little bit, about 5 minutes.
Remove from skillet to your plate and enjoy!
*To steam broccoli, place in a microwave with about a 1/2 inch of water and cover. Microwave for about 4 minutes. *
(after doing this, I usually add it to my skillet and mix it with the chicken and sauce to coat the broccoli some)
