Ingredients

    1/4 c Dole Orange Peach Mango Juice
    2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 Tbsp Canola oil
    1.5 tsp ginger root (grated)
    1 tsp Honey
    1 tsp rice vinegar

Directions

Combine all ingredients and stir well to combine.

Marinade for fish or chicken (1--2 lbs max)

Can reduce marinade in sm. saucepan over med. heat and serve with cooked meat as a sauce.

Makes 4-8 servings, depending on amount of meat used.
