Ingredients

453 gram(s) Stop & Shop Frozen Chopped Kale, 1 serving = 1 cup (85g)
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 cup Salsa
4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 serving Great Value Pork Sausage Patty, 1 patty
Tips
This recipe can be used with any green vegetable. I often chop up bok choi and use it in place of kale or spinach.
Directions
Add Sesame oil to pan, diced onion and frozen Kale.
Cook till hot.
Take frozen Turkey Patty and microwave to heat according to directions. (omit to save calories)
You can cut it up into bits if you want to have the flavor scattered through out the kale or for presentation....
Poach your eggs. (Put a bowl of water in the microwave and bring it to a boil. Crack your eggs and ease them into the hot water. Cook 2 minutes. Flip over 1 minute on the other side.
Put the cooked kale on a dish or bowl in the center.
Put the sausage on top if you didn't put it in the kale.
Place the poached egg on top,
Gently pour salsa around on the kale and take a little bit across the egg for presentation.
