Ingredients

    16 oz Beef, top sirloin
    1 clove Garlic
    2 tsp Ginger Root
    0.25 serving Pear, Red or Green D'anjou - 1 medium pear (by OPERA_SINGER)
    2 tbsp Soy Sauce
    3 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON)
    3 tsp Domino Light Brown Sugar
    1 tbsp Eden Selected Toasted Sesame Oil
    2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
    0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw

Directions

Blend together the garlic, ginger, pear, soy sauce, crushed red pepper flakes, brown sugar, sesame oil, and vegetable oil to make marinade.

Marinate beef strips for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours in the fridge.

Slice onion and add onion and beef to a pan on medium high heat and saute until cooked through.

Right after you snap the heat off, add sliced green onion and sesame seeds and serve over rice.
